Below, you’ll find answers to frequently asked questions along with the Terms & Conditions that guide our Best Rate Guarantee. Should you need clarification at any point, we are always just a phone call away
If you happen to find a lower qualifying rate on a third-party website, simply submit a claim within 24 hours of making your reservation directly with us.
Should that rate meet the terms of our Best Rate Guarantee, we will gladly match it, and extend an additional 10% savings on the lower rate you found.
It’s our way of ensuring that when you book with the innkeepers, you receive not only the most personal experience, but the best value as well.
If you happen to find a lower rate elsewhere, it must reflect the very same stay, the same room type, arrival and departure dates, number of guests, length of stay, and identical cancellation and guarantee terms.
The rate must also be publicly available to anyone at the time of booking. Member-only pricing, promotional codes, negotiated corporate or group rates, and other offers requiring special eligibility would not qualify.
Because each website presents pricing a bit differently, rates that appear lower solely due to the exclusion of required fees (such as resort or destination fees) would not be considered eligible. We always compare total, like-for-like rates to ensure fairness and transparency.

To submit a Best Rate Guarantee claim, a confirmed reservation made directly with us is required. This ensures we are comparing the same stay, including room type, number of guests, arrival and departure dates, length of stay, and identical cancellation and guarantee terms.
Once your reservation is in place, we can thoughtfully review the details against our Best Rate Guarantee Terms and ensure everything aligns fairly and accurately.

We intend to keep every comparison fair and straightforward. The Best Rate Guarantee applies to the room rate itself, and we compare only like-for-like totals, meaning the same required taxes and mandatory fees must be included on both sides.
If a difference appears simply because another website displays certain items differently, it would not qualify.
The guarantee does not extend to taxes, service charges, gratuities, or other non-room fees.
