Current Tide Seasonal Scrub "Pumpkin"

Fitness Facility Gym At Inn By The Sea Maine

Cardio & Fitness Center

Complete your daily workout at the fitness center at SPA, offering guests the latest in cardio, flexibility, and strength training equipment.

  • Please clean machines and equipment before and after each use
  • Fitness Center will be open daily from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM

The fitness center is outfitted with 2 new Peloton (riding shoes not provided) bikes and new Matrix workout equipment including 3 Endurance treadmills, 1 Endurance recumbents, and new Aura Trainer 400 with a range of free weights. There is an open space studio to round out the workout space. We recommend bringing your own shoes.

For guests who prefer cardio ball, aerobics, plyometrics, or dance, dial up your own workout on our flat screen with Fitness on Demand. Choose from kickball, yoga, stability ball workouts or swing clinics with weights, or perhaps a Bollywood dance routine to stay in shape.

Year-round access to our resort membership including privileges, amenities, social occasions, and activities that foster lifelong memories for couples and families alike.

Members within our small community of close friends, neighbors and summer visitors will have exclusive access to resort facilities and full a schedule of events. Amenities include the spa, fitness center, beach, and private cabanas. Members also have access to priority booking for dining reservations/special events, as well as other exclusive social events.

The Sea Glass dining experience is led by Executive Chef David Brown, sourcing the freshest local ingredients from the surrounding farms and fisheries ensuring the highest quality of our farm to table culinary philosophy. The Spa at Inn by the Sea offers a full menu of luxurious treatments while the fitness center includes the most up to date fitness equipment, Peloton Bikes, and online training classes. Access to the outdoor pool for adult swim, one mile of pristine Crescent Beach, and private cabana rentals on the side lawn.
