SPA at Inn by the Sea has moved their massage tables outside to take advantage of fresh sea breezes and nature's surround sound. Two new SPA cabanas sit on the edge of the lawn overlooking the Atlantic and are now taking reservations for massage al fresco!
SPA at Inn by the Sea offers a quiet, calming place inside to step away and de stress with a variety of sea inspired therapies including massage, scrubs and wraps that can be both physically and mentally restorative. Benefits of massage are increased circulation, increased flexibility and a feeling of well-being.
But having a massage outdoors can also increase that sense of well- being. The addition of therapies al fresco adds a new and heightened dimension to rejuvenation and restoration with the addition of fresh air and the sounds of birds and nearby ocean.
