For All American food that borrows the best from everywhere but is uniquely Sea Glass try Char Sui Pork Belly with Miso Noodle Salad, or for the traditionalist Braised Apple Salad with Carmelized Yogurt.

Carnivore or Pescatore Chef Chadwick has you covered with delicious Seared Swordfish with Teriyaki and Shitake Mushrooms, or a Hanger Steak with Glazed Broccolini and Vinegar Potato or Local Duck Breast with Pickled Cabbage puree and Charred Squash. Vegans will love Chef Andrew’s daily inspiration sourced from local farms such as the Hasselback Butternut Squash with Wild Rice.
