APPOINTMENTS
Reservations are required and all spa services are subject to availability. We encourage you to arrange your spa services two weeks ahead of your arrival by calling 207-799-3134. Day Spa guests are asked to supply a credit card or gift certificate number to book/confirm spa appointments. For single treatments, a 24-hour notice of cancellation or change is required to avoid being assessed a full treatment charge. No-shows incur the full treatment price.
ARRIVAL
We encourage guests to check in 15 minutes prior to scheduled treatment.
Late Arrivals
We strive to begin and end treatments on schedule. If you are late, we will perform as much of your treatment as possible in the remaining appointment time and the full treatment fee will apply.
ABBREVIATED OPERATIONS DUE TO COVID-19
- Masks must be worn during all treatments and services.
- We are not currently offering facials due to limitations of safe practices.
- Couples massages are not offered.
- Appointment times are staggered as to limit the total number of guests and staff in the spa space.
- Sanctuaries – lockers, sitting area and showers are available, however; the steam rooms are out of order in accordance with state guidelines.
COVID-19

Per the State of Maine’s executive order for opening of spa and massage establishments, we are required to ask the following questions at the time of reservation, and again on arrival:
- Do you feel ill or are you caring for someone who is ill?
- In the past two weeks, have you been exposed to anyone who tested positive for COVID-19?
