A Message Regarding Coronavirus and COVID-19
MARCH 26, 2020
A state of emergency has been declared by the town of Cape Elizabeth. All non-essential services, including hotels, have been ordered to close immediately and remain closed until 6 PM Friday May 1, 2020 (unless extended by town council vote) in response to the coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak. Cape Elizabeth's regulations are modeled after those adopted in other Maine towns.
In response to these new regulations, Sea Glass restaurant and lounge, and SPA will be also remaining closed until the regulations are lifted on May 1, or until further notice. Both have been closed since March 17, 2020.
Sea Glass will continue to offer curbside pickup or delivery of Chef Chadwick's "to go" meals as well as provisional retail items and wine Thursdays through Sundays.
Our guest services team will be working diligently reaching out to all April confirmed reservations in the days ahead. As we anticipate increased call volume, please leave us a detailed messaged at 207.799.3134 in the event you cannot reach someone real time. You may also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
These are challenging times for everyone, and we thank you for your patience as we all work to flatten the curve and stop the virus. Both the safety and comfort of our guests and well-being of our staff are always our top priority.
Our entire Inn by the Sea team looks forward to welcoming you back to the Inn and Crescent Beach soon. We will be thinking of you all in the meantime.
Michael Briggs, General Manager
