Inn by the Sea can accommodate groups of 2 to 150 people in a variety of locations, from intimate two-person meetings in our cottages to large formal weddings or corporate events on the lawn.  With spectacular ocean views, Inn by the Sea provides a dramatic and memorable venue for meetings, functions, social events and gatherings of all kinds.

The spaces available for various aspects of your events include: Two meeting rooms, the Cove Room (a boardroom or private dining room), the outdoor terrace, the fire pit, the side lawn, the huge lawn, five acres of indigenous seaside plantings, and access to the beautiful sandy Crescent Beach we are famous for.

From a technology standpoint, the Inn is ready to accommodate your needs with dropdown screens, LCDs, a fully integrated sound system, and high-speed Internet, both wired and wireless.  And for companies seeking a green venue, Inn by the Sea has achieved Green Lodging Certification from Maine's Department of Environmental Protection.
